This self-catering rural house is located in the small village of San Martín de Améscoa, nestled between the Urbasa and Loquiz mountain ranges. It lies in the beautiful Améscoa Valley, next to the stunning Urederra River Source Nature Reserve (one of the best-preserved natural areas in Navarre), renowned for its cheese and gastronomy.

On the ground floor

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen, with all kinds of appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, etc., is located on this floor. One of the bathrooms has a large bathtub. On the upper floor

Here you'll find the four bedrooms, three of them double and one with a master suite. These all have balconies with wonderful views. Also on this floor is a spacious and fully equipped bathroom. There's a traditional Basque-style social room (txoko) ideal for gatherings and celebrations, which leads to a beautiful patio and also serves as the house's private parking.

Abroad

The patio is ideal for relaxing and playing sports. Adjacent to the patio is a lovely garden with appropriate furniture, a green area, flowers, and fruit trees. The children's play area is also located there.
